We are currently looking for an Experienced Accountant to join our dynamic and innovative team.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Managing the accounting for the IHQ, ensuring the maintenance of accounting records and the preparation of year-end financial statements according to LuxGAAP.
• Prepare and review the interim accounts as necessary.
• Ensure accuracy of G/L postings and reconciliations.
• Preparing VAT declaration, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Manage cash and assist in cash-flow forecast.
• Support with the external audits.
• Assist with monthly Group reporting.
• Ensure accuracy in data used by and in reports generated by the Finance department.
• Provide ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate accounting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting in Luxembourg and tax principles.
• Special attention to detail and high precision in work.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel).
• Excellent proficiency in accounting software tools (SAGE BOB50 being an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and other team members.
• Fluent in German and English, French being an asset.
