The mission
Reporting directly to OneLife's Managing Director, you will be responsible for OneLife's HR function, ensuring alignment with the Apicil Group's HR strategies. Your mission is to cultivate a thriving workplace culture while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with local and international regulations.
Main objectives of the role
- Define OneLife's HR policy in line with the Apicil Group's HR policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with Apicil Group’s guidelines and OneLife’s organizational objectives.
- Oversee all OneLife HR operational activities:
- Supervise recruitment, career development, training programs, personnel administration, payroll.
- Leading and inspiring the HR team.
- Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg labore laws and applicable regulations in other jurisdictions where OneLife operates.
- Monitoring and optimizing payroll processes and HR budgets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative social climate within OneLife.
- Strengthen and promote OneLife’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive Humain Capital Development and Strategic Initiatives:
- Provide strategic HR advice to managers, supporting team development and performance.
- Propose and implement OneLife's human development strategy
- Contribute to OneLife's strategic decision-making process by promoting human capital
- Support organizational transformation by implementing innovative HR projects
- Participate in various projects at OneLife level and within Groupe Apicil's HR department, in line with strategic objectives.
- Participate in OneLife’s governance and Apicil Group bodies:
- Participate in OneLife's Executive Committee and the Board of Directors' Appointments and Compensation Committee.
- Participate in meetings in Apicil Group HR governance.
Profile of our Future Teammate
- Educational Background:
- A degree in Human Resources or labor law.
- Professional Experience:
- At least 10 years of HR experience, including team management.
- In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg labor law and HR regulations.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills in both French and English, written and oral.
- Strong team spirit, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage operational details effectively.
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
