We are now looking for a Senior Manager ESG consultant to join us in developing our activities.

Your main mission is to:

• Supporting our clients in driving ESG integration, value creation, and impact performance improvements across portfolio companies,
• Provide expert guidance on strategic ESG-related matters leveraging our global pool of subject matter experts,
• Drive innovation and growth within a dynamic team,
• Support the development and delivery of our client’s post-investment portfolio company ESG program, working alongside our clients’ ESG, investment, operating teams, and portfolio company management teams,
• Work with our clients to design and execute post-investment value creation plans and work with client teams to ensure completion of objectives in the context of their broader portfolio and firm-level ESG goals and internal ESG operating capabilities,
• Provide insights, guidance and support to clients and portfolio company management on how to integrate ESG and impact into broader business practices and business models to ensure long-term sustainable business value creation,
• Develop repeatable processes, frameworks, toolkits, assessment scorecards and other materials for our clients and support their deployment across investment portfolios,
• Ensure ESG interventions and reporting are completed for our clients’ portfolio companies, in line with how our clients work with advisors in a post-investment value creation context,
• Support Clients in ESG Reporting in Compliance with CSRD or SFDR,
• Support ESG and impact due diligence on key ESG & impact drivers to increase value and reduce risks and provide recommendations for post-investment value creation initiatives.

Various ESG Advisory Roles :

• Deliver best in class services to meet our clients demands,
• Work on a wide range of strategic and operational engagements for private market investors and their portfolio companies. Our work includes portfolio company onboarding, value creation identification and planning, green growth strategy, decarbonization planning & target setting, sustainable supply chain & procurement advisory, product life cycle assessments, human rights advisory, human capital consulting, sustainability claims and certification support, and exit readiness.

• Demonstrate knowledge on frameworks and regulatory drivers including, SFDR, CSRD- ESRS & VSME, TCFD, SASB,
• Demonstrate an ability to identify and manage commercial and operational risks from conception through to project delivery,
• Ensure Client satisfaction through project communications & engagement, quality of deliverables produced, translating complex technical topics into commercial opinions and potential opportunities,
• Provide leadership skills focused on engagement, decision-making, and execution,
• Have a previous experience with climate change aspects including GHG assessments, Science-Based Targets, net zero strategy and decarbonization roadmaps is desirable but not required,
• Commit to being involved in the execution of deliverables with the team,
• you have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to participate in the development of a company with a strong social, societal and environmental impact.
