Job description
Trasys International offers IT Consulting jobs at the European Institutions and International Organizations.
For a project at the European Commission in Luxembourg, Trasys International is looking for a SAS Consultant to be in charge of transforming data to serve service domains. The client is currently moving to SAS architecture and doing a migration from a legacy system to SAS. The consultant would be be in charge of the facilitation and communication between a contractor and the internal SAS team. You would be in direct contact with different teams, therefore it is very important to have great communication and coordination skills. You would be supporting also in legacy systems (80% in SAS and 20% on other tasks).
Requirements
- Solid experience with Oracle PL/SQL & a basic understanding of performance optimization in databases
- SAS product expertise – General Product
- Ability to customize SAS software and to write, prototype, test, deploy, document, perform integration and maintain applications using SAS software
- Customer orientation
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent coordination & communication skills
- Problem solving
- Education: Bachelors degree is required
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of product implementation and administration of SAS
