Position : Transfer Agent
Analyst – Non officer
Mission :
Perform investor account opening and maintenance and all related tasks in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
TASK DESCRIPTION
- Perform investor account opening and maintenance (KYC/AML)
- Production of daily/monthly/ad-hoc reporting
- Resolution of asset manager and investor’s queries
- Ensure the overall client’s satisfaction
- Implementation and conversion of new clients
- Participate and/or own as attributed any projects (take-on projects, fund launches, mergers, new fee model implementation,..etc) ; analyse any legal / operational documents and provide feedback to the project team
Fulfil additional, relevant, appropriate tasks to the senior position role and business requirements

About Our Luxembourg Office
In 2024, the Northern Trust Luxembourg office celebrated their 20th anniversary, an important chapter in their history. Having opened in 2004 to support one client, they have since grown their client base substantially and increased their headcount significantly, which now stands at over 400.
