Private Banker - Position based in Luxembourg

We are recruiting the new Relationship Manager dedicated to the Netherlands market, specialized in UHNWI clients.

Description

Joining the Front Office team, you will be responsible for chasing a new private Wealth Management client base and developing an existing portfolio.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop a base of prospective UHNWI clients and expand market share
• Develop a sales and marketing strategy for each prospect
• Answer client needs by maintaining a phone calls program, by regularly reviewing the
• strategy and monitoring new business results with assigned revenues
• Cross-selling of other products and services offered by the Bank (e.g., Investment Banking, Asset Management)
• Open new accounts by ensuring that the proper documentation has been obtained
• Maintain client relationships and proactively find solutions to meet client financial needs and objectives
• Maintain an excellent client satisfaction
• Provide constructive feedback to the concerned product, service, and operational areas.

The position is based in Luxembourg.

Profile

Your profile:

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Front Office for the Wealth Management, Family Office, Private Banking aera or similar
• Deep knowledge of financial instruments and markets
• Strong sales and marketing skills, client-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills and listening qualities
• Analytic mindset, strong synthesis, and creativity
• Great capacity to resolve problems
• Ability to propose innovative solutions
• Fluency in Dutch ad English are mandatory. An intermediate level of French is an asset
