- Contract: student contract of 1 month, from Monday 22/07 to Friday 23/08/2024

- Planning of work: 5 working days, office hours

The job in details

What you will be doing :

- Creating a contract database in dedicated software (SAP)

NB: basic training will be provided.

- Carrying out administrative tasks inherent to the department

- Assisting the Administration and Purchasing team in their daily tasks

What you will need :

Education/training :

- High school diploma

- Current training in Business, Administration or Secretarial work

Required age :

- 18 years old minimum

Software :

- Office Suite, especially Excel

- SAP: knowledge an asset

Languages :

- French: fluent spoken and written

- English: operational level

Specific knowledge linked to the job:

Requirements for student jobs at lux-Airport:

- Being between 18 and 25 years old;

- Being a student in a school or academic program (in Luxembourg or the Greater Region)

Mandatory requirements for this job:

Hold an A and/or B driving license, in order to be able to get to work easily

Experience:

Previous similar experience will be a plus

Qualities:

Meticulous and organized.
