Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting a Solutions Delivery Manager.
As a Solutions Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-priority digital and operational projects, particularly the Airport Operations Center (APOC), the Apron Management Service (AMS), and the implementation of Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM).
You will ensure the integration of complex systems and data, foster cross-functional collaboration, and enable the establishment of a single source of truth for operational data across the airport platform, in alignment with the Total Airport Management (TAM) concept.
You will report directly to the Head of Operational Planning & Development within the Operations Department.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Leading the implementation and adoption of digital solutions, systems, and data across the airport platform, and contributing to the design, deployment, and evolution of the Airport Operations Center (APOC), ensuring reliable and shared data for real-time collaborative decision-making across airside, landside, and apron operations.
Supporting the establishment and continuous improvement of the Apron Management Service (AMS) operated by the airport, ensuring safe and efficient apron operations based on data and integrated systems.
Driving the progressive implementation of A-CDM in line with industry standards by managing milestone activation and performance improvement (e.g., through ECRA or other mechanisms), in close coordination with the ANSP (to be defined), airport operations, airlines, ground handlers, and cargo stakeholders.
Managing the replacement and integration of the AZUR system, covering resource planning, billing, and ground handling for business aviation, and ensuring alignment with operational processes, data governance principles, and future integrations with APOC, AMS, and A-CDM.
Leading to the integration of cross-functional and multi-stakeholder operational data to establish and maintain a single reference source supporting collaborative operations, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Contributing to the integration and operational use of critical aeronautical data sources such as AODB, ADS-B, A-SMGCS, and SWIM data feeds, ensuring consistency across APOC, AMS, and A-CDM operational views.
Building and sustaining strong cross-functional collaboration among relevant departments, including IT, Systems, Data, and Ops Business Delivery, covering Airside, Terminal, Cargo, and Business Aviation domains.
Supporting data solutions and system integration (APIs, ETL, middleware), ensuring robustness, scalability, security, and alignment with lux-Airport’s data and system governance framework.
Contributing to the design and implementation of a data-sharing platform enabling controlled, secure, and governed exchanges between internal departments and external airport ecosystem partners.
Demonstrating strong stakeholder management and change management skills to ensure alignment, user adoption, and effective transformation of operational and technical teams.
*Your other missions
Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, data science, or project management.
Certifications in project management, governance, or architecture are a plus.

Experience
8 to 12 years of experience in IT, data integration, or operational project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (ideally in aviation, airport operations, or regulated transport sectors).
Proven expertise in systems integration, architecture, data governance, and cross-functional projects.
Strong knowledge of A-CDM, APOC, AMS, TAM concepts and related aviation standards is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, with the ability to drive adoption among technical and operational teams.
