ARHS Group, part of Accenture and a key player in cloud innovation, is expanding its Cloud Centre of Excellence. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Cloud Delivery Manager (m/f) who will take charge of cloud project execution, ensure seamless service delivery, and act as the primary contact between clients and technical teams. THE WORK:
- Lead and coordinate the successful delivery of cloud-based projects and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout project/service execution.
- Guide clients in adopting cloud solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Apply Agile methodologies to organize, plan, and monitor project activities using collaborative tools.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to define project roadmaps and provide time/cost estimates.
- Monitor project performance, including budget tracking, issue resolution, and risk management.
- Respond to client requests efficiently and ensure follow-through to resolution within agreed KPIs.
- Support the creation and review of solution documentation, including operational procedures.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Proven experience in leading or coordinating IT/cloud projects or services.
- Strong client-facing skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Interest in public cloud technologies and cloud transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and project delivery tools.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Scrum, or ITIL.
- Cloud certifications: AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- A technical background or the ability to bridge the gap between business and tech teams.
- French language.
