As part of our ongoing safety management system enhancement and in preparation for the upcoming ICAO audit (June 2026), we need to completely redesign and implement our Hazard Log within the Centrik platform.
To achieve this goal and as part of the development, we are looking to hire an intern to develop a safety hazard log within the Safety Department.
Internship Scope & Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for the following key deliverables:
Design & Development
Analyze current hazard identification and tracking processes
Design a comprehensive Hazard Log framework compliant with EASA ADR requirements
Define data fields, workflows, and reporting structures
Centrik Integration
Configure the new Hazard Log module within our Centrik platform
Ensure seamless integration with existing Safety Occurrence Reports and Risk Assessments
Test and validate all functionalities
Implementation & Validation
Coordinate validation sessions with Safety Department team members
Pilot test the system with key stakeholders
Implement feedback and finalize the tool
Training Material Development
Create user guides and SOPs for hazard log management
Develop training presentations and e-learning materials
Conduct training sessions for designated safety personnel
Required Profile
Student in Aviation or Industrial Safety, Risk Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of safety management systems (SMS) is a plus
Familiarity with database/platform configuration is advantageous
Fluency in English required; French is a plus
Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented
Duration:Â 4-6 months (flexible based on academic requirements)
