Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting a Maintenance Coordinator - Skypark.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Coordinating, organizing and monitoring the technical and administrative follow-up of service providers for maintenance operations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and regulatory inspections
Ensuring proper receipt of intervention reports and analyzing them in order to implementing corrective actions
Managing / Leading small improvement projects related to maintenance, equipment renovation or building upgrades
Developing and improving the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tool
Ensuring continuity of the manager’s actions in their absence
Acting as a guarantor of compliance with deadlines, procedures and safety rules
*Your other missions
Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
Participating in the integration of new employeesÂ
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience
--
Experience
5 years of experience in a work coordination role or supervising maintenance teams across several positions
--
Skills and knowledge required

Microsoft Office suite

French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: operational / working proficiency in a professional context (B1 minimum)
