My clients, whether it is a law firm or an international company, are looking for a tax lawyer.
The responsibilities :
- Strategic Tax Consulting: Providing in-depth advice on international tax matters, tailoring tax strategies to meet the specific needs of multinational and large corporate clients.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance of corporate structures with international tax laws, including EU directives and OECD standards, for firms or multinationals.
- Tax Dispute Management: Representing clients in complex tax disputes, whether before tax authorities or in international jurisdictions.
- Financial Flow Optimization: Developing and implementing tax optimization strategies for cross-border transactions, including transfer pricing management.
- Training and Legal Monitoring: Conducting training sessions for internal teams or clients on international tax developments and ensuring legal knowledge is updated.
Your profile :
- Master of Laws, with a specialization in international tax law or corporate taxation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lawyer in international tax law, with practice in law firms or in the tax department of a multinational.
- Mastery of tax treaties, BEPS regulations, ATAD directives, and bilateral tax conventions.
- Excellent command of English and/or French. Mastery of another European language is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and ability to work on complex cases in dynamic environments.
