Our client offers a position as Senior Accountant - Securitization in a leading firm specialized in structured finance and securitization services, known for its innovative and high-quality solutions.
Job Description :
As a Senior Accountant - Securitization, you willl :
- Manage accounting and reporting for securitization vehicles (SPVs).
- Prepare financial statements under IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.
- Record and monitor transactions for structured products and cash flows.
- Collaborate with auditors and advisors to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the setup of new SPVs and their financial frameworks.
Ideal Profile :
As a Senior Accountant - Securitization, you have :
- Degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of experience in securitization or structured finance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.
- Fluent in English and in German ; additional languages are a plus.
