AML/KYC Implementation Specialist
Location: Luxembourg (Onsite)

Kepler Search is currently working with a highly reputable client in Luxembourg who are hiring for an AML/KYC specialist. As part of this project, you will play a vital role in implementing AML/KYC processes and working directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct analysis of documentation to guarantee accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee documentation governance, ensuring clarity to internal procedures.
- Demonstrate strong KYC expertise, leveraging knowledge of both international and local AML regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Maintain a strong client focus, with the ability to escalate issues and effectively liaise between clients and the Client Development team.
- Ensure vigilance, guaranteeing that sensitive documentation is appropriately reviewed and shared with the Compliance department in line with regulatory standards.
Skill Required:
- Hands on AML/KYC expertise in implementing processes
- 3+ years working in financial services
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
