Your responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams within an agile environment to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions and the translation of user needs and business goals into impactful user experiences.
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process with a strong user‑centric approach, ensuring that products and features consistently meet expected customer outcomes.
- Actively contribute to the design system by creating, adapting, and improving components (including buttons, UI patterns, layouts, and reusable elements) to ensure consistency, scalability, and homogeneity across all digital channels.
- Conduct user research and usability testing (qualitative and quantitative) to gather insights and continuously improve designs based on user feedback.
- Design experiences across multiple platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and responsiveness of software solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX / Product Designer.
- Portfolio required: applicants must provide a link to their portfolio, showcasing previous projects and clearly demonstrating hands-on experience with UX processes, interface design, design systems, and reusable components (e.g. buttons and interaction patterns).
- Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Strong understanding of the full UX design lifecycle: research, ideation, concept development, wireframing, prototyping (low & high fidelity), user validation, and implementation.
- Experience designing web software or web applications is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping practices.
- Proficiency with design tools, especially Figma.
- Comfortable facilitating or co-facilitating collaborative workshops.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a structured, proactive, and autonomous working style.

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French is a strong plus.
