Be part of a Digital Banking project!

We are looking for a Business Analyst Digital Banking / Customer Journey for one if our client based in Luxembourg.

  • Freelance contract or permanent contract via a payrolling company
  • English fluent is mandatory
  • Annual gross salary around 100 000€ (as a consultant), according to your skills
  • Daily rate around 600 - 700€ (as a freelancer), according to your skills

Responsibilities

  • You will work directly with business stakeholders through workshops and interviews, allowing you to clearly shape solutions from real, concrete needs rather than abstract requirements
  • You will gain a deep understanding of end-to-end digital customer journeys, giving you visibility on how users actually interact with banking services
  • You will identify UX, process, and delay-related pain points, enabling you to make tangible improvements that customers can feel
  • You will translate complex business needs into clear business requirements and user stories, positioning you as a key bridge between business and IT
  • You will collaborate closely with developers, QA, and architects, ensuring that functional intent is preserved throughout delivery
  • You will actively contribute to the design of new digital features, with direct impact on customer experience and product evolution
  • You will work within a regulated banking environment, strengthening your expertise in compliance-driven digital initiatives
  • You will conduct business and IT impact analyses, allowing you to influence decision-making with structured, evidence-based insights
  • You will lead and support User Acceptance Testing, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose before reaching end users
  • You will follow up on incidents affecting digital journeys, giving you ownership over quality and continuity of customer experience
  • You will document processes using BPMN and diagrams, creating clarity and sustainability in complex operational environments
  • You will be involved in Agile ceremonies, giving you continuous visibility on priorities, progress, and delivery decisions
  • You will support change management initiatives, helping teams and users adopt new tools and processes effectively
  • You will monitor Digital Banking trends, keeping your work aligned with market evolution and innovation
  • You will support solution deployments, ensuring that design intentions are effectively translated into production reality

Your profile

  • Your solid experience as a Business Analyst allows you to operate with autonomy and credibility in complex digital initiatives
  • Your background in private banking enables you to understand high-value client expectations and regulatory constraints from day one
  • Your experience in Digital Banking and customer journey processes positions you to work on end-to-end, user-centric transformations
  • Your exposure to e-signature solutions such as Cryptomathic allows you to contribute immediately to secure and compliant digital flows
  • Your hands-on knowledge of authentication tools like LuxTrust and SwissTrust strengthens your impact on identity and access-related topics
  • Your fluency in English enables you to operate comfortably in an international, multi-stakeholder environment
