Gestion des appels entrants
Enregistrement informatiques des interventions
Planification

Profil :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme dans le domaine de l'Administration/Secrétariat
Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire
Vous êtes flexible au niveau des horaires (matin / journée / après-midi)
Informatique et Bureautique : Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Langues : parfaite maîtrise du français (écrit / oral)
