Your Role – What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and international affiliates to align and support organizational initiatives.
  • Project & Change Support: Assist the Change Manager in driving ongoing change initiatives and fostering effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Organize meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and visual materials.
  • HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR processes in an international context.
  • Internal Communication: Co-create and design content for our monthly HR newsletter.

 

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field—ideally with a focus on Human Resources
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and analytical thinking
  • Passion for organizational development and change management
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


START DATE: As soon as possible

DURATION: ideally 6 months
