Pre-Sales Estimator – Quantity Surveyor

Role overview
Reporting to the Sales department, you will act as the key link between the commercial team and the engineering office. You will manage incoming technical enquiries, assess client requirements, and produce the corresponding technical proposals and quotations.
Responsibilities
Handling incoming enquiries
- Support international architects and consultants via video calls on technical solutions.
- Analyse specifications and 2D/3D drawings.
- Select the appropriate technical solution for each project.
- Analyse manufacturing costs and calculate bill of quantities.
- Produce quotations and 2D/3D outline drawings.
Organisation & continuous improvement
- Contribute to improving internal processes and tools.
- Enhance the quality of client-facing presentations.
- Improve the conversion rate on custom proposals.

Essential requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (3–5 years) in design, civil engineering or related engineering
- field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction or industrial sector.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent).
- Good command of written and spoken English (working language).

- Good understanding of client needs and service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a clear sense of priority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international commercial procedures is an advantage.
- French and/or additional languages are a plus.
