FM Technology & Innovation Expert (m/f/n)

Your tasks 


  • You lead the digital transformation roadmap for Facility Management, including smart buildings, IoT, predictive maintenance, and automation
  • You coordinate the deployment and integration of FM systems (FMIS, CAFM, BMS, energy management systems)
  • You analyze and optimize key FM processes such as maintenance, asset lifecycle, energy efficiency, and space management
  • You standardize workflows and procedures to improve service quality, transparency, and traceability
  • You manage digital projects and system implementations, including rollouts, data migrations, and smart infrastructure initiatives
  • You act as the key administrator and functional expert for all FM digital tools and platforms
  • You ensure systems reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and optimal performance across all FM technologies
  • You benchmark emerging technologies and drive innovation through pilot projects and continuous improvement


Your profile


  • You hold a master’s degree in engineering, IT, Facility Management, or a related field
  • You have experience in Facility Management systems and digital transformation
  • You are familiar with tools such as FMIS, CAFM, BMS, or IoT platforms
  • You have strong analytical and process optimization skills
  • You are experienced in project management and system implementation
  • You are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of French and German will be considered as an advantage
