Your future team
Our dedicated professionals assist our clients during all stages of the tax accounting process, tackling complex tax issues to ensure proper calculation and disclosure of taxes in the consolidated or stand-alone financial statements. Our clients are multinational groups as well as Luxembourg entities with a diverse range of activities.
Your next challenge
- Providing tax accounting services to our corporate clients operating in the commercial, real estate, private equity and industrial sector. These services include the preparation of stand-alone as well as consolidated current tax and deferred tax calculations and effective tax rate reconciliations, preparation of return-to-provision calculations, evaluating the tax accounting implications related to the conversion of Lux Gaap accounts to IFRS/US Gaap accounts and assistance in relation to uncertain tax positions (IFRIC 23/ASC740-10)
- Providing guidance and assistance to clients in relation to the EU Pillar Two directive and the Luxembourg draft legislation implementing Pillar Two
- Supporting our audit teams with tax reviews in the context of IFRS/US Gaap consolidated accounts
- Leading client meetings and trainings organized by our Group
- Building productive, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, across a broad network, based on mutual respect
- Developing the junior employees' talent by giving them technical support, delegating to them tax issues and by supervising the tax accounting calculations they prepare.

Your skills
- Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting
- Demonstrate 3-6 years of experience in Tax Accounting in a big four or corporate headquarter firm
- Display proven knowledge in tax accounting under IFRS or US Gaap
- Basic knowledge of the Pillar Two rules (OECD and/or EU Directive)
- Knowledge of Lux Gaap considered a plus
- Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, flexibility and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Be able to work autonomously
- Commit yourself and to share your know-how with the team
- Speak fluently English, French and/or German would be an asset
