What will you do

  • Product Positioning and Promotion:
    • Collaborate closely with the business teams to effectively position solutions
    • Develop persuasive sales materials and presentations
    • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to showcase our offerings

 

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Understand customers relationships, adequate points of contact, interests for our offerings and intimacy with our business leaders
    • Leverage customers feedbacks to improve delivery of our solutions
    • Meet customers together with business leaders to present new products and services

 

  • Sales Optimization:
    • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas of cross-selling opportunities
    • Implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
    • Provide regular progress reports to senior management

What about you

  • Previous experience in a Client/Account Manager role for a solution provider (incl. Fintech) is preferable
  • Excellent communication in written & spoken English and French - German is an asset
  • Strong capacities to build effortless relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Ambitious and driven, with a focus on achieving company's KPIs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
