Mission
The “Administration and Organization” division within the “Banking Regulation and Implementation” department provides administrative support to all departments in charge of banking supervision and to the Depositor and Investor Protection (PDI) department. Following retirement, we are seeking to reinforce our secretarial team as soon as possible.
Role & responsibilities
- Deliver centralized administrative support to the banking business units and the PDI department, including phone reception, mail handling, email management, archiving, and other administrative tasks.
- Organize meetings or teleconferences
- Maintain various internal and international databases
- Support project management and contribute to the efficient functioning of the department
- Ensure service availability until 5:00 pm
Your profile
- High school diploma or secondary technical diploma (preferably in administrative or commercial fields). Professional experience in administrative roles within the financial sector is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken French, English and Luxembourgish and/or German
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication, analytical and writing abilities
- Flexibility, autonomy, reliability, critical thinking and rigor in the execution of tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
- High level of discretion
The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
