Pictet Asset Services provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.

 

As part of the Client Relationship Managers team responsible for institutional clients, you will work alongside other Client Relationship Officers (CROs) and have the opportunity to learn about back office tasks (payments, administrative support for CRMs, KYC, etc.), as well as middle office tasks, including interacting with counterparties to confirm payment orders.
 

Your role

 

  • Processing incoming payment instructions.
  • Monitoring the Swift order book (cash and securities) and contributing to the research project to develop an automated control solution.
  • Configuring the profiles of Pictet Connect users (the portal used by our clients to monitor their portfolios).
  • Reporting on reconciliation breakdowns to be clarified with clients for derivatives.
  • Coordinating the Management Company’s (ManCo) external KPI reports with the teams around us.
  • Taking part in various team projects.
     

Your profile

 

  • University degree (BAC +4 or +5) in a business-oriented field.
  • Keen interest in finding out more about the work of middle office and in being part of a team with clients and third-party managers. 
  • A flair for operations, attention for detail and capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; 
  • Good command of the Office Suite; knowledge of programming would be an asset
  • Good command of French and English.
