The firm is currently seeking a general ledger accountant consultant to join their team. General ledger accountants play a crucial role in preparing journal entries, reconciling financial statements and accounts, and ensuring data accuracy.

Description
Primary Responsibilities:- Support the monthly financial closing process by inputting data into the accounting system (NAV), including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications.
- Maintain the fixed asset module by calculating monthly amortization and updating information.
- Prepare monthly prepaid expenses and verify cash booking transactions.
- Reconcile various accounts, including balance sheet accounts and fixed asset records, and generate cash-flow reports.
- Verify and reconcile billing system (STAR) transactions with the accounting system, as well as inter-company operations.
- Assist in producing financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for CSSF and STATEC.
- Aid the Accounts Payable team as needed, such as preparing and validating payments and reconciling supplier accounts.
Profile
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Mandatory Work Experience: Over 3 years in the field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French.
