We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Accountant with expertise in SOPARFI and holdings portfolios. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounting and financial management of SOPARFI and holding company structures.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other third parties.
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients, helping them optimize their holding structures.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, ensuring high standards of work and professional development.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices related to SOPARFI and holdings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Extensive experience in accounting for SOPARFI and holdings portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, and relevant tax regulations.
- Proven track record of managing and developing a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
