Based in Luxembourg, this investment management firm, with a presence in over 10 countries and more than 1,000 employees worldwide, is seeking a Payroll Expert to oversee payroll operations across its European branches. Working within a mid-sized, English-speaking team, the focus is on mutual support and collaboration. Payroll Expert - Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related questions, working closely with both the HR department and external payroll providers.
  • Oversee payroll activities across European branches, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accuracy.
  • Handle tasks linked to the social secretariat, addressing employee queries and becoming a key resource in HR operations.
  • Contribute to various projects involving personal tax and other HR responsibilities as needed.
  • Work in collaboration with international offices to ensure uniformity and the adoption of best practices.

Payroll Expert - Your Profile:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Payroll, HR, Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing payroll, with a particular emphasis on handling payroll in multiple European countries.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations, enabling you to provide strategic insights and support HR operations.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to thrive in a fully English-speaking work environment.
