This company, with a presence in over 10 countries and more than 1,000 employees worldwide, is looking for a Payroll Expert to manage and oversee payroll operations across their European branches. This position is based in Luxembourg, within a mid-sized, English-speaking team that emphasizes mutual support and collaboration.
Payroll Expert - Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire payroll process for European offices, ensuring it is accurate and complies with all relevant regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for all payroll inquiries, liaising closely with the HR department and external payroll providers.
- Manage tasks related to social secretariat functions and address employee payroll queries, becoming an essential HR operations resource.
- Support various ad-hoc projects related to personal tax and other HR-related duties.
- Collaborate with international offices to ensure consistency and the implementation of best practices.
Payroll Expert - Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Administration, Payroll, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on international payroll, particularly across European countries.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and payroll policies, allowing you to effectively support HR operations and offer strategic advice.
- Fluent in English, comfortable working in an entirely English-speaking environment.
Payroll Expert - We Offer:
- A competitive salary package, with compensation up to €80,000 gross, meal vouchers worth €10.80, a generous annual bonus exceeding 10%, and regular team celebrations, including birthdays and team lunches.
