Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities:

• Oversee the monthly payroll production for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll processing and calculations.
• Manage employee records, including tracking absences and sick leave.
• Provide answers and support to clients regarding payroll and social legislation matters.
• Supervise the social secretariat, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Train and guide junior payroll team members, helping them develop their skills.

Senior Payroll - Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, ideally within a fiduciary or similar company in Luxembourg.
• Degree in Human Resources or specific training in payroll management.
• Proficiency in German and English is essential, with French being a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour law, social security, and contributions.
• Ability to work independently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
