Junior Corporate Lawyer : The Function
- Advise local and international clients on corporate structuring, restructuring, general corporate matters and transactional matters
- Draft, negotiate and review agreements and transactional documents
- Be fully involved in our matters in close collaboration with the team
- Conduct legal research, coordinate due diligence processes, negotiate, draft and update corporate documentation
- Take part in internal and external presentations and be involved in legal publications
- Participate in client meetings and build strong relationships with them
Junior Corporate Lawyer : Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Law or in a similar field
- Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in a corporate department of an international or national law firm is mandatory for this position
- You own strong technical skills combined with good communication skills
- You are able to handle files independently
- Fluent in English and French, German is a plus
