Corporate Officer : The Function

  • You will be responsible for managing the whole legal and administrative aspects of a wide range of clients from the creation to the liquidation of the company (Soparfi/Holding/SPVs)
  • As a Corporate Officer you will work closely with the Management team to keep them informed of regulatory developments
  • You ensure that your clients comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Be the key figure for customers on all matters relating to corporate fields and suggest them ways to improve their processes
  • You will prepare board packs, and organize the Board Meetings, draft the minutes

Corporate Officer : Your Profile

  • You hold a law degree and at least 2 years of experience in managing similar portfolios (Soparfi, holdings, PSF structures) in Luxembourg
  • You are fluent in French and English, and knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
  • You are self-motivated and able to work as part of a small team
