Corporate Lawyer - Your Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced corporate lawyer to join our dynamic team of 50 professionals, including 30 specialized lawyers. You'll have the chance to tackle diverse and engaging cases spanning corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, and more. This role presents a significant opportunity for growth, with a clear path for advancement within the firm within two years.
Corporate Lawyer - Your Profile:
- You are a lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience, registered ideally on List 1, and in possession of the CCDL.
- You have a strong command of French and English, which are essential in our international setting.
- You thrive in a multicultural, dynamic, and youthful environment.
- Experience in a Big Four firm or a similar setting is a valuable asset.
- You are enthusiastic about contributing to high-impact projects and driving client success.
Corporate Lawyer - What We Offer :
- Salary: Up to €120K annually, with a discretionary bonus.
