We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to join a prestigious law firm recently established in the heart of Luxembourg. This firm is composed of 10 professionals and is currently seeking its future corporate M&A lawyer.
Specializing in private equity, investment funds, M&A, taxation, and litigation, the firm provides a dynamic environment where you will enhance your ability to manage and anticipate complex transactions and cases across five continents.

Your Responsibilities| Lawyer Corporate M&A – Legal – M&A
- You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and correcting client files.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, guiding them in making the best decisions.
- You will assess the risks related to corporate, investments, and client decisions.
- Corporate Litigation will also be an integral part of your responsibilities.
Profile and Career Path | Lawyer Corporate M&A – Legal – M&A
- You have at least 3 years of experience in M&A, which will help you quickly integrate into the team.
- Proficiency in English and French is beneficial for communicating with clients and colleagues. Speaking German would be an additional asset.
- You should feel comfortable working autonomously, but rest assured, you will be supported in both independent and team-based work.
- If you consider yourself open-minded, you will find it easier to integrate into a human-sized firm and contribute to a healthy, collaborative atmosphere.
