Corporate Lawyer - Your Role :
- Advise on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate governance.
- Actively participate in strategic client meetings and negotiations.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on key transactions and litigation-preventive strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg corporate and regulatory laws.
Corporate Lawyer - Your Profile:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, gained in a top-tier law firm.
- A CCDL or qualification on the List IV.
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for corporate law and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
