Our client, a rapidly growing Super ManCo, is currently seeking a Conducting Risk to join their team located near the Belgian borders. This role presents a unique opportunity to play a central role in risk management and actively contribute to the company's business development.
Conducting Risk - Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and controlling risk management, ensuring that regulatory tasks are executed appropriately.
- Communicating with regulatory authorities and serving as the primary escalation point for all company matters.
- Regular reporting to the board of directors on various subjects such as operational risks, developments, valuation discrepancies, and policies and procedures.
- Business development by establishing connections with law firms, custodian banks, and other key players to increase the company's AUM.
Conducting Risk - To succeed in this role, you must:
- Demonstrate professional maturity and the ability to work autonomously.
- Possess proficiency in risk management-related software, with solid experience in this field.
- Have the ambition and determination to work within a start-up-like structure and projects, combining strong risk management skills with an interest in business development.
- Be capable of wearing multiple hats, blending expertise in risk management with a keen business sense.
- Be fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Conducting Risk - In return, you will receive:
- A competitive salary of up to 130 000€ per year, depending on the experience and skills of the successful candidate.
