IT Delivery Manager

Arηs is looking for an IT Delivery Manager (m/f) to lead project execution, manage resources, and ensure timely and successful delivery of the projects.

What is expected from you to do?

• Managing all project- or service-deliveries activities in collaboration with the technical leader, project team and stakeholders.
• Be the main point of contact for the customer for the project execution.
• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
• Utilize agile project management and collaboration tools to plan, organize and report on project activities.
• Conduct planning efforts, challenge estimates from technical leaders and develop roadmaps in collaboration with the project team.
• Work on technical offer under fixed price project.
• Overseeing project and budget progress.
• Lead incident response under SLA.
• Critically analyze operations for process improvements.
• Create, review and control documentation tasks.
• Piloting R&D activities to produce workable Proof-of-Concepts.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Min 5-7 years of experience in software development project management.
• Previous experience as Software Engineer in the past.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience managing project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Commitment to ensuring project deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
