Your Responsibilities | Finance – Law – Lawyer – Attorney – Regulatory – Tax

• You will be responsible for conducting legal analysis and research on tax matters to provide clients with the best advice and keep them informed of regulatory changes.
• You will draft and review legal documents such as memorandums, opinions, contracts, and agreements.
• You will negotiate with tax authorities to secure the most favorable terms for your clients.
• You may coordinate and collaborate with third parties, including accountants and other lawyers.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Finance – Law – Lawyer – Attorney – Regulatory – Tax

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a tax lawyer in Luxembourg, which will facilitate your integration into the new environment.
• To communicate effectively with team members, clients, and third parties, you are fluent in English, German, and French.
• You are proactive and organized, enabling you to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills are essential to maintaining positive relationships with your clients.
