Your Responsibilities | Law – Lawyer – Attorney – Finance – Regulatory - Banking
- You will take charge of your own cases and provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
- You may negotiate agreements and represent clients in complex financial transactions.
- You will be asked to advise banks, financial institutions, and investment funds on regulatory matters and licensing procedures.
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including loan agreements, contracts, and legal opinions, will be part of your daily tasks.

- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer within a Luxembourg law firm. This will facilitate your integration into your new environment.
- Being fluent in English is mandatory for your internal and external communications. Proficiency in French is a plus.
- Strong expertise in both regulatory and transactional matters will be a considerable asset.
- Being proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator is essential to ensuring efficient client relationships and smooth case management.
