This PFS, which we have been supporting for several years, is a fast-growing company, particularly in its department specialized in alternative investment funds. Founded around ten years ago, it has established a respected and reputable position throughout Luxembourg, thanks to its precise qualitative approach to accounting and taxation.
In addition to managing regulated investment funds, the company offers a 360-degree services for holding and soparfi companies, and even securitization vehicles.

Your Responsibilities | PFS – Finance – Accounting – Luxembourg
- Your clients will essentially be investment funds, alternative or not. They will be particularly focused on Private Equity and Real Estate.
- You are responsible for managing your client portfolio, with the support of a Manager who can review your work and help you in case of questions.
- You establish annual accounts and also prepare reports on a regular basis for your clients. You calculate and review NAV reports.
- Teamwork is also completely part of your responsibilities and you make sure to communicate and exchange all information with your colleagues.
- You will be in contact with your clients, and also have contact with the different departments (tax, auditors, legal) in order to properly manage your work and finalize your files.
Profile and Career Path | AIFM – SICAR – SICAV – SIF
- In order for you to manage your files in the best possible way, a minimum of 5 years of experience within a PSF or a Big Four in Luxembourg will be required.
- You are fluent in English, and a good level in French would represent an asset.
- You have already had the opportunity to manage a client portfolio composed of regulated funds (SIF, SICAR, RAIF).
- If you have already had the opportunity to work with the TRAX or E-FRONT software, this will be considered as a significant advantage!
