Your Responsibilities | CoSec – Finance – Corporate Governance – Law – Fiduciary – Financial

• You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs, from their formation to dissolution.
• You will be tasked with drafting and reviewing various documents, such as agreements, resolutions, and minutes.
• You may participate in board meetings and lead them when necessary.
• You will work closely with the accounting team, particularly regarding annual account approvals.
• Liaising with third parties such as banks, lawyers, and notaries will be part of your daily responsibilities.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | CoSec – Finance – Corporate Governance – Law – Fiduciary – Financial

• You have at least 6 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar environment, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager, which will allow you to quickly adapt to your new role.
• You are well-versed in working with Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs, giving you a solid understanding of the types of vehicles you will manage.
• Effective communication is essential for this position, and fluency in English is a key requirement.
• To align with the fiduciary's dynamic, you are an organized and proactive person.
