The fiduciary offers a wide range of services, including corporate governance, tax, accounting, compliance, and domiciliation. Their client portfolio consists of holdings, soparfis, SPVs, funds, and securitization vehicles.

Your Responsibilities | Managing Director – Fiduciary – Finance - Legal
- You will actively and primarily contribute to business development by participating in various events and through networking, allowing the client base to evolve as a result.
- You will ensure direct contact with new clients as well as cross-selling.
- Ensuring the company's visibility in the market will be part of your daily tasks, which is why you will be involved in the marketing strategy for the fiduciary.
- You will report to the Board of the fiduciary so that they are well aware of how the fiduciary in Luxembourg advances.
- You will motivate and inspire the teams, and will work closely with other Managers and Senior Managers.
Profile and Career Path | Managing Director – Fiduciary – Finance - Legal
- You have thorough experience within a fiduciary, investment company or a PFS in Luxembourg, which is essential to understand the environment you will join. You can demonstrate at least 15 years of experience, although more experience is of course an added value.
- To ensure effective communication with clients, you are fluent in both French and English.
- To be efficient, you have experience in business development and are accustomed to being in contact with clients.
- You possess strong communication skills, which are necessary for effectively guiding your team members.
- Furthermore, you have strong human values based on respect, and are able to drive and motivate a team.
- You consider yourself motivated and proactive, qualities that are essential for meeting your responsibilities.
Offer | Managing Director – Fiduciary – Finance - Legal
- You will earn a salary of up to €200,000 gross per year, allowing you to maintain a more than comfortable standard of living.
- In addition to your annual salary, you will receive an attractive bonus.
