Your Responsibilities | CoSec – Corporate governance – Law – Finance – Real Estate

• You will oversee the corporate governance of Real Estate AIFs throughout their lifecycle, from inception to liquidation.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including resolutions, agreements, and contracts will be part of your daily work.
• Youwill organize and lead board meetings.
• You will collaborate closely with the accounting department, particularly for the approval of annual accounts.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg, enabling a smooth transition into your new role.
• Fluency in English is essential to ensure effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• Experience with regulated funds in real estate is crucial for understanding and managing the portfolio you will be responsible for.
• A proactive and organized approach is necessary to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
