- Advise and support high-profile clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, and international restructurings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to M&A transactions, including due diligence reports.
- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring to deliver innovative, tailored solutions to clients.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm’s global network to deliver seamless cross-border solutions.

- You have 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate M&A law, preferably within a leading international law firm.
- You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
