Our client is currently seeking a Managing Associate specializing in investment funds to join the team. Your Responsibilities |Law – Investment Funds – Finance – Lawyer – Law firm
- You will be responsible for managing AIFs from their structuring to their liquidation.
- Contributing to business development and strategy will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will take on a managerial role, motivating and leading your team members.
- Building strong relationships with clients by providing personalized advice and earning their trust and loyalty will be among your key responsibilities.

- You have at least 8 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in investment funds within a Luxembourg law firm, which will help you transition smoothly into this new role.
- To ensure effective communication with clients and other parties, you are fluent in both French and English.
- In line with the managerial requirements of this position, you possess strong communication skills, enabling you to motivate and support the development of your team.
- You have excellent business development skills, which are essential for contributing to the growth of the law firm.
- To succeed in this role, which involves numerous responsibilities, you are proactive, organized, and efficient.
