Our client is currently seeking a new Corporate Officer to strengthen their small, close-knit team, which thrives on a positive atmosphere and open communication. Your Responsibilities | Corporate governance – Finance – Fiduciary – Legal Officer - Cosec

• You will be responsible for a portfolio consisting of Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs, overseeing their management from constitution to dissolution.
• You will organize and coordinate board meetings, including taking minutes.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents will be part of your daily responsibilities.
• In collaboration with the accounting team, you will manage the approval process for annual accounts.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the registers up to date.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate governance – Finance – Fiduciary – Legal Officer - Cosec

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg, which will enable you to feel comfortable in your new role.
• You have prior experience with SPVs and/or Soparfis/Holdings, which will help you understand the workings of your portfolio.
• Fluency in English is essential for communication with clients; proficiency in French is considered an asset.
• To succeed in this role, being organized and proactive is a must.

• You will receive a salary of up to €65,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, reflecting your contributions to the company.
