- You will be responsible for organizing mergers and acquisitions.
- It will be part of your responsibilities to provide the best advice to your clients to optimize their projects.
- You will draft and negotiate legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and structuring documents.
- You will ensure direct contact with clients and maintain good, trustworthy relationships with them.

- You have at least 3 years of experience as a corporate M&A lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in French and English, which is essential to communicate efficiently with your interlocutors.
- Knowledge of mergers, restructuring, dissolution, and liquidation is crucial to meet your clients' needs.
- Being proactive and organized is essential for meeting deadlines in this position.

- You will earn a salary of up to 140,000€ gross/year, depending on your knowledge and expertise. This salary will allow you to meet your personal goals.
