Your Responsibilities | Lawyer – Law – Legal – Avocat – Banking – Finance - Droit

• Advise clients on financing transactions, including secured loans, and regulatory aspects.
• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documentation to ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU financial regulations.
• Work closely with professionals from the firm's global network, gaining insight into international banking and finance practices.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and industry experts to develop deep expertise in the financial sector.
• Stay informed about evolving regulations and industry trends to proactively support clients with innovative legal solutions.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Lawyer – Law – Legal – Avocat – Banking – Finance - Droit

• At least 2 years of experience in Banking & Finance law, preferably within an international law firm in Luxembourg.
• Admission to the List II or List IV of the Luxembourg Bar (or eligibility to register).
• Fluency in English is a must; German and French is an asset.
• A strong understanding of Luxembourg financial regulations and a desire to deepen your expertise.
• You truly value your career and are keen on joining a firm where you can become Senior, Counsel and even Partner in time.
• Analytical mindset with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
