Main responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):


  • Support Salesforce & IT administration activities, including user access, data quality checks, reports, dashboards and IT hardware daily maintenance activity.
  • Assist with basic Salesforce development activities such as testing, troubleshooting, documentation and support for simple automations under supervision.
  • Prepare and maintain functional, technical and process documentation for Salesforce, IT operations and security-related activities.
  • Support IT security administration tasks, including access reviews, evidence collection, control follow-up and policy compliance checks.
  • Contribute to vulnerability management activities by helping identify, register, track, report and follow up on remediation actions.
  • Assist with penetration testing coordination, preparation of test evidence, documentation of findings and remediation tracking.
  • Support IT team on daily hands and feet support of local user (Hardware, Software, Application, etc…)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on digital transformation, Salesforce and cybersecurity initiatives.

Profile (skills, experience, diploma and/or professional qualifications…):

 

Skills & Competences

  • Strong interest in Information Technology, Salesforce, cybersecurity or digital transformation.
  • Practical IT operational knowledge of hardware and software, including laptops, printers, and Windows 11 environments.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems, IT administration, software development concepts or cybersecurity principles.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Good communication, documentation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment and follow security, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Salesforce, project tracking or security tools is an advantage.


Desirable Qualifications & Background

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology or a related field.
  • First exposure to Salesforce administration/development, IT security administration, vulnerability management or penetration testing through coursework, projects or previous internships is a plus.
  • Salesforce Trailhead badges, basic Salesforce certifications or cybersecurity-related training/certifications are considered an advantage.
