If you join our Laboratory, your daily work will consists of :
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials ;
- Track and review audit reports to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement ;
- Implement and monitor improvement initiatives based on audit findings ;
- Organize and oversee emission tests to ensure regulatory compliance ;
- Initiate and supervise the setup of quality installations with suppliers ;
- Oversee daily quality checks and ensure standards are maintained ;
- Address and resolve any non-conformities in lab operations ;
- Verify calibration of lab equipment to maintain accuracy and manage orders for laboratory materials and supplies ;
- Report QSE deviations and hazardous situations, and propose solutions ;
- Manage a team of operators.

Here is an overview of the skills required:
- Â With an engineering background (wood, paper, physical chemistry, food industry), you have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position ;
- Strong organizational and communication skills ;
- Experience in laboratory management and quality control ;
- Knowledge of QSE standards and regulations ;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with various departments ;
- Excellent command in English, French and German.
