We are driven by our Tomorrow Starts Now corporate project, which aims to create a better world through the education and care of every child! As part of our development, we are recruiting Managers (F/M) on a permanent contract for our crèches and afterschools in Luxembourg.

Presentation:

The Babilou Family Group is driven by strong human values (#peoplefirst).

Every day, we offer quality care to the children entrusted to us.

Our mission is to help them become enlightened, fulfilled citizens of the world who are open to others (#positivegrowth).

We promote the development of their skills through the Montessori and Pikler teaching approaches. We also include sustainable education, actions based on advances in the field of neuroscience, focusing on key concepts such as language, multilingualism and exposure of young children to screens (#pedagogyfortomorrow).

Our early childhood professionals remain attentive to the social and emotional development of each child, offering security and affection (#passion). Committed to sustainable education, we offer responsible environments and a varied diet, with an emphasis on organic and local produce. In this way, we make our children aware of the infinite potential of nature (#planetatthecore).
